Delete your account

Most of Roadwiser works without an account, and everything stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. If you signed in for the leaderboard, you can request deletion of your account and all data we hold for it below.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address linked to it.
• Your leaderboard username and progress we store (such as XP and level).
• Any other personal data tied to your account on our servers.

On-device data (your local progress, settings and downloaded content) is not held by us and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

Request deletion

Enter the email address you used to sign in and send us the request. We will delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
